Oxfam in Nepal believes that women and girls should enjoy their rights and have free choice in life and equal opportunities. Our Gender Justice Program is committed to ensure women and girls live life free of violence, where girls and women are empowered to have free choice, equal opportunities, holding position broad leadership positions.

The program works for the betterment of the situation of women and girls by working against Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWGs) and by working to prevent Child, Early and Forced Marriages (CEFM).

The program aims to enhance the capacity of women leaders to fulfill their potential for social and gender transformative leadership. This program contributes to Sustainable Development Goal 5 – Gender Equality and aims to empower all women and girls.
