Campaigns

Oxfam in Nepal supports Oxfam's global campaigns that have relevance in Nepal as well. We identify crucial issues from our programmes for research to build strong evidence and arguments to challenge those with the power to facilitate that change will happen. This includes building public support to challenge the powerful, influencing the public debate, and using the power of many to overcome the power of a few. Oxfam and its partners work closely with government to lobby for development and implementation of effective policies for which we work with concerned ministries, key government functionaries, civil society organisations, etc.
