Oxfam in Nepal's Annual Report 2024-2025 captures progress across our three strategic pillars: Gender Justice, Climate Justice and Resilience, and Water Governance and WASH. In a landscape of climatic and socio-economic uncertainty, we remained steadfast in our mission to build a more equitable nation. 

In 2024-2025, we empowered 548 women in local governance, while our climate-smart initiatives strengthened the livelihoods of over 5,000 farmers. We have supported local NGOs transition from disaster responders to preparedness leaders.

Our success is rooted in holistic, community-led solutions. This progress was only possible through the collective will and unwavering support of the Government of Nepal, donors, and communities who lead with conviction. Together, we have proven that collaboration is the ultimate catalyst for change.
