The Partners’ Investment Fund (PIF) is an Oxfam initiative designed to strengthen and empower local development organizations in the Global South. The fund provides flexible financial support to enable Oxfam’s local partners (Non-Governmental Organization or NGO) to pursue their own institutional priorities, enhance organizational capacities and deliver quality development outcomes by supporting their own vision, mission and strategic priorities.
