Oxfam in Nepal in collaboration with Lakshya Training and Research Center Pvt. Ltd. has prepared this resource book with the aim of increasing knowledge related to climate change and disaster. This book provides basic knowledge and information in terms of climate change and disaster risk reduction and management, the various initiatives undertaken at the national and international levels, and especially at the local level. It hopes to guide drafting of effective local level plans to address climate change and disaster management.
